फेस बुक पर कई बार बहुत
महत्वपूर्ण बातें पढ़ने को मिलती हैं. ऐसा ही श्री रतनलाल गोत्रा के एक संदेश
से मिला जो अंग्रेज़ी में था. उसका हिंदी अनुवाद मैंने नीचे दिया है. एक बात तो है
कि कोई भी बात अंतिम बात नहीं होती लेकिन बात के मक़सद को समझ कर फ़ायदा उठाया जा
सकता है. इस संदेश में मानसिक मुक्ति की बात है जिसे समझने की आवश्यकता है. संदेश
इस प्रकार है:-
भूषण
जी ! मेघों के कई गुट (मेघवाल, मेघोवाल, कबीरपंथी आदि सहित), अंबेडकर के शब्दों में, ब्राह्मणवाद की बीमार मानसिकता के कारण
अभी भी मानसिक रूप से बीमार हैं और आधुनिकता से अर्थात बदल रही दुनिया के तकाज़ों
से दूर हो गए हैं.
ब्राह्मणवाद
ने जाति/उप जाति/सांप्रदायिकता आदि के ज़रिए ऐसी मानसिक बीमारी पैदा की है जिसे
केवल विवेकवाद के द्वारा और ऐसी पुस्तकों को प्रतिबंधित करके ही ठीक किया जा सकता
है जो इंसानों को बाँटती हैं. तथापि यह कार्य शासक वर्ग द्वारा नहीं किया जाता
क्योंकि उन्हें इससे फ़ायदा मिलता है और उनकी नीयत इसी हथियार से भारतीय जन को अधिक
शोषित करने की है.
यह
देखा गया है कि ब्राह्मणों ने भी अपने कार्य से यह सिद्ध किया है कि उनमें बदलाव
की इच्छा/प्रवृत्ति है; लेकिन मेघ बदलने से इंकार करते हैं. जब
तक उन्हें ऊँची शिक्षा और मानसिक स्वतंत्रता, फिर कह रहा हूँ, मानसिक स्वतंत्रता
नहीं मिलती है, वे नहीं बदल सकते, सिर्फ़ उन थोड़े से लोगों को छोड़ कर जो
मानसिक रूप से मुक्त हो चुके हैं. जो मानसिक रूप से मुक्त नहीं हैं उन्हें
दीर्घावधि में राजनीति में निर्णय-कर्ता (decision-makers) बनने का अवसर कम ही मिलता है. जो निर्णय-कर्ता नहीं होते उन्हें
वास्तविक निर्णय-कर्ता प्रयोग करते हैं. दूसरों के द्वारा प्रयोग किए जाने का
फ़ायदा क्या है?

various factions of Meghs (including Meghwal, Meghowal, Kabir Panthi, etc.), in
the words of Dr. Ambedkar, are still mentally sick people because of the
sickness of Brahmanism and have lost sight of modernity i.e. the demands of
changing world.
Brahminism
has created such mental sickness (through irrational belief in
caste/sub-caste/sectarianism, etc.) that can be treated only through
rationalism and banning all such books that divide the human beings. However,
this task is not done by the ruling classes, because they have benefitted from
it and intend to further exploit the Indian masses through this weapon.
It has been
observed that even Brahman through their actions have shown the will/trend to
change; but the Meghs refuse to change. Until and unless they get high
education and get mental freedom Rpt. mental freedom, they cannot change,
except of course a very few of them who are mentally liberated. Those who are
not mentally liberated, seldom get the chance to become decision-makers in
politics in the long run. Those who are not the decision makers are always used
by the actual decision makers. What is the use of getting used by others?
